Darshan of Raja Bhartrihari's seat
Devotees go down into the main cave to bow before the image of Bhartrihari at the spot where he is believed to have meditated, and to see the mark on the stone above that tradition calls his handprint.

Akhand dhuni and vibhuti
The Nath ascetics keep a sacred fire burning inside the cave. Visitors offer their respects at the dhuni and receive its ash as vibhuti, which is held to be blessed.

Shiva puja at the cave linga
A Shiva linga, called Neelkantheshwar in one account, is worshipped in the complex with water, flowers and bilva leaves. Worship is fuller on Mondays of Shravan and on Mahashivratri.

Navnath and Gorakhnath darshan
The Navnath temple and the shrines of Guru Gorakhnath and Matsyendranath in the complex are visited after the caves, along with the samadhis of earlier Nath mahants.

Gau seva at the gaushala
The complex has a cow shelter beside the path. Visitors may feed the cows fodder as an act of service; contributions are voluntary and no fixed rate is published.
